We are currently looking for a Music Data Administrator to join our label team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the cataloguing of works and delivery to 3rd parties
  • Fixing metadata discrepancies and liaising with publishing administrator to update
  • Logging information onto the company system
  • Support the process of cue sheets creation and distribution
  • Work with our publishing administrator UMPG
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the business
  • Creation of reports and data analysis

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Basic to intermediate coding skills, python and CMD
  • Desire to work with data and how it can help an organisation make better decisions
  • Methodical, meticulous and with great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of music publishing and copyright
  • Entry-level experience in the music industry: Music label, music distribution or publishing
