Cre8ing Vision: The support, help and guidance from Cre8ing Vision has been amazing. The experience, knowledge and wisdom offered from Kwame, Andrea and Nicki has made humble and grateful. Starting from 2016, turning up to my first ‘Ultimate Seminar’, then in 2017 hustling my way into wanting more for myself, I joined the team helping, learning and networking. Come 2018 an opportunity arises to do ‘A&R Focus group’ with 10 groups of 7, I was one of 3 champions that manage to get an artist a ‘Label Services Deal’ with Believe Distribution. It was tuff but only a few stuck at it, to the point only a few of us became ‘Super Elite’ aspiring A&R’s to want more. Fast forward 2021, I pitch an artist to YM&U and that wanted to take him, but not only that, YM&U have given me the opportunity to work in the company. 

What I can say is, the process works, it’s about timing and how much you want. It’s not for all, but if you believe in yourself that much, stick at it. 

I believed it would work, Cre8ing Vision team did, and 100% you can too!
