As founder of That’s My Jamm (music business consultancy service), Chloé’s ambition is to level out the playing field for independent talent in the music industry.

Chrystal is an experienced artist manager, currently looking after the Grammy Award- winning, BRIT & IVOR-nominated artist/writer/producer MNEK, and the Zimbabwean-born, London-based DJ & Producer RYMEZ. With over 12 years’ experience in the industry, she has worked with a wide range of artists including Clean Bandit, Dave Okumu, Duchess, Jess Glynne, Manny Norté, Mystery Jets, Plan B, Rae Morris and organisations such as Machine Management, Papa Records, UROK Management and YMU.
Since swapping a career in HR for music back in 2020, Shanice has gone from height to height and embodies the qualities of an overachiever by demonstrating exceptional drive, ambition and dedication in her role as an Artist Manager. She began her music industry career as a PA to Grammy Award-winning, BRIT & IVOR-nominated artist/writer/producer MNEK and very quickly became an instrumental part of his team at YMU Group.
Fast forward 4 years, Shanice has been nominated and spotlighted as 1 of 4 Excellence Honourees by The Black Music Coalition committee and Music Week. She now independently co-manages MNEK and Rymez (Stefflon Don, Wizkid, Danny Ocean) through her company, Steelo Management and plays a pivotal role in the continued strategic development of MUZO BY UZO (label, publishing and entertainment).
Armed with a degree in Music Industry Management, Ksanet is building an array of experience across the industry. Her current role is as Label Assistant at MUZO BY UZO and Ksanet is also Assistant Manager to artist BHUMBLE. Previous roles include Content Creator, Streaming & Digital Marketing Executive and Event Promoter.
Timi is an award-nominated writer, editor, and music industry professional. As a prolific music journalist, she has written acclaimed pieces on Jazmine Sullivan, Amaarae, and Dua Lipa. She has worked at two leading global streaming platforms – Spotify and Apple Music – and co-edited the Penguin-published anthology Black Joy in 2021. In August 2024, she will pursue a fully funded scholarship to study for an MA in Cultural Reporting and Criticism at NYU.
Felix co-wrote “Overload” and “Stronger” with the Sugababes, “You Sent Me Flying” & “What Is It About Men” with Amy Winehouse, as well as co-writes with Sia and many others. As a publishing A&R he signed Calvin Harris, Lana Del Rey, MNEK, among many others, and as a records A&R signed Lewis Capaldi & Klangkarussell with Daniel Lieberberg to Universal Germany. At BMG New Recordings he helps A&R Lady Blackbird, Sugababes, Louis Tomlinson, Katie Melua, Rizzle Kicks, has just finished an Art Garfunkel Snr & Jr duets album, and is working on about 5 other records for next year.
He co-manages the artists Ashaine White & Lovelle. He lives in London with two teens and a dawg.

Prior to Vevo, Jodeci worked for companies such as MTV and Link Up TV, working across campaigns for Nike, JD and BBC Radio 1 – also presenting Reprezent Radio’s Saturday breakfast show. She’s now the founder of a new marketing and media agency called GLU.
Joe Barbe has been at Atlantic Records for 14 years, starting as a PA and working his way to become a fully fledged A&R. His current roster of artists includes Nathan Dawe, Issey Cross, KSI and Bug Eyed. He also spent 3.5 years managing Rinse FM’s label so has experience of record labels at a major and independent level.
Ray Fiasco is a multifaceted artist based in London, known for his work as a music video director, photographer, and fine artist. He has directed music videos for a variety of well-known artists, including Knucks, Kurupt FM, Kendrick Lamar etc.
